  have dealt with these guys in the past. They were OK to deal with, not great just OK but they are local and that's important to me. I just called looking for help with a gas insert. I have no idea what I am looking for and needed some guidance. The man that was on the phone was a little more than rude. Decided to go to a company in Gorham. Just from the phone call itself, they were 100 times more helpful. Not only that, I went to Yankee at 4:30 yesterday. They were closed up. Their website states that they are open until 5. Nice way to get business.
